Kate Liu is the Executive Director of the Extemper’s Bible and your favorite podcast host! Kate has been yapping—competing—for two years now in Extemp and Impromptu. She’s placed 13th at NSDA, 7th at Harvard (2024), 5th at the Extemp TOC, 5th at Florida Blue Key (2023), 4th at the Texas State Tournament, 3rd at Florida Blue Key (2024), 3rd at the Longhorn Classic, 2nd at Harvard (2025), won Sunvite (no ranks below a 3), Florida Blue Key (2024), the Texas State Tournament (2024, no ranks below a 2), The Glenbrooks (no ranked below a 3), and has been invited to the Montgomery Bell Academy Round Robin (MBA), twice. More importantly, she’s an amateur cruciberbalist (crossword constructor) & chai connoisseur. Kate emphasizes personal flair in round & has the suits to prove it — so be yourself and speak proudly 🙂
Matthew Abrams – Matthew Abrams is a senior from Denver, Colorado and the Managing Director of the Extemper’s Bible. He has won Stanford, reached finals at Bronx and the UK Season Opener, semifinals at Berkeley, and outrounds of NSDA. He is very excited to participate with the speech review service.
Kajal Parmar – Kajal Parmar is the Director of Outreach and Social Media for the Extemper’s Bible, and has been competing in Extemp and Impromptu at Cary Academy for over two years. She has won the Cavalier Invite (2024), the North Carolina State Championship (2024), and GMU (2024). Kajal is a two-time NSDA Semi-Finalist, placing 14th in Extemporaneous Commentary (2023) and 10th in Extemp (2024). She also placed 2nd at the Extemporaneous Tournament of Champions (2024), 13th at NCFLs (2024), and was invited to the Montgomery Bell Academy Round Robin (2025). She is excited to review your speeches!
Eric Qian – Eric Qian is a junior at Plano West who serves as Head of Content at the Extemper’s Bible. He mainly competes in extemporaneous speaking. He’s placed 3rd at TFA State, semifinaled Glenbrooks, and quarterfinaled NIETOC and UT. He’s excited to see y’all’s speeches!
Sahana Srikanth – Sahana Srikanth is a junior from Mason HS in Mason, OH and an Extemper’s Bible Article Reviewer. She reached Finals at Yale, UKSO, Blue Key, and the Blue Key Round Robin, along with Semifinals at Stanford, Glenbrooks, and Emory. She reached semis at the NSDA National Tournament in International Extemp in 2024 and is a 3X Extemp Ohio State Finalist!
